Recreating the past for live events, TV and film
The explosion of re-enactment groups and eras over the past few years has spawned a growing mini-industry of craftsmen catering for re-enactors’ needs, from uniforms to weapons, pottery, glass wear and wooden goods to hand-made rope.
Most major re-enactments, particularly
multi-period events, feature a market as an added bonus (as well as a service to the participants). EventPlan can arrange a historical market at selected events so long as the latter are likely to be of sufficient size and offer viable returns to these specialist traders.
