(2) Please enclose an A5 SAE if you are not on email. This will be used to forward your detailed event information prior to
the event.
(3) Not necessary on subsequent bookings unless your stock significantly changes.
(4) Standard size of pitch is up to 20 feet wide by 20 feet deep, plus guy lines. Please seek a revised quote if your tent/stall is larger.
(5) Please note that trading at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and Gloucester Docks events is on hard standing.
(6) Please supply a clear photo. This can be via email to admin@eventplan.co.uk. Not necessary on subsequent
bookings unless the style and or colour changes.
(7) Size or weight restrictions may apply.
(8) Passes may be required. If so these will be forwarded to you before the event. Please let us know if you need more than 4
staff on site.
