If you require more room, you may book more than one pitch. Pitches in the marquee may be limited so are available on a first come, first served basis.

NB: Please don't send it by recorded delivery as inevitably we'll end up having to make a special 6 mile round trip to our nearest PO to pick it up!
(1) Please enclose an A5 SAE if you are not on email. This will be used to forward your detailed event information prior to the event.
(2) Size or weight restrictions may apply in certain areas, so this may determine where your pitch will be. Please note, no vehicles larger than a LWB transit van permitted (caravans excepted).
(3) Please note that pitch fees are non-refundable, as they form part of the event expenditure budget.
