(2) Please enclose an A5 SAE if you are not on email. This will be used to forward detailed participants information (eg, directions, access, times etc) prior to

the event.

(4) Restrictions may apply due to access etc.

 

(5) Passes may be required. If so these will be forwarded to you before the event. The number of passes may be limited at

events where admission prices apply.

 

(6) We strongly recommend that all living history enthusiasts carry public liability insurance for their own legal & financial

protection, but we recognise that this varies according to risk and need and may not apply to individuals simply attending, or  if

engaged in non-hazardous displays. Please refer to our Standard terms and conditions for participation - link above.
