"Lieutenant Lapenotiere" departs from Osterley Park for central London, watched by dignitaries, guests and visitors. The civic reception and re-enactment commemorated the arrival in Hounslow of the news of the Battle of Trafalgar and death of Admiral Lord Nelson.
